So many healers/supports in the game, with some many mechanical differences. Let's look at all of them and see how they are shaping up in the more modern day...To be clear I don't think vindicator can replace herald in the current meta due to a lack of might gen. However it might be competitive for a dh spot, lacks the pulls and traps but makes up for it with crazy burst, and the LA luxon elite can at least reach as far as a dh pull to pressure those long range freecasters.

The issue is Revenant has a poor core mechanic that Anet doesn't know how to alter while keeping all the core traits and abilities to work. Weakness and chill also shut down vindicator. Vindicator was probably the most brought spec behind Specter, Mechanist, and Core Guard.
