Things in game that are unbalanced/not fun: Crafting for villagers is too slow, 2 cooks produce 8 pottage per day, 2 smiths can produce 2 tools per day (if they also refine metals).
When I click on "Well" at status it says "No material" but not all the time, it just appears once a day after some time spend. And everyone has enough water since no one saying something about it. And yes I stored the buckets in the resouce storage and the worker stores them in the food storage (think that's normal when they're full?).Build a well (new building), but yeah, if you build right next to water, i think it should somehow contribute to water needs. yeah i dont have the technology for well yet however my wife is not missing water she lives in my house in which i have a bucket, maybe it has something to do with that. #2. If you only wanna have water for drink and washing, you can build a wash tube and a waterskin (or buckets and fill with water or milk) or make juice, beer, wine. ….

Villagers will only recognize water available in: - Food storage. It is best to have all of the water here. - Their own house chest. Just for the resident of the house. They will consume here first.
